Welcome!

Hi there & welcome to my new blog, I'm new to websites & this blogging malarky so I'm just going to treat it as if I'm chatting to you.......I've been busy over the last few days working on commissions & as per usual they are varied & interesting. I thought you might enjoy seeing them.

The 1st commission of the day yesterday was for a patchwork cushion in shades of purple for a sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Laila....she has previously had a quilt from me & this is is to match. I adore patchwork & mixing & matching different prints to make something truly special. Isn't Laila gorgeous???

Here is her matching cushion.....im sure she will enjoy snuggling up on it.

These cushions can be made up in any colours you like & make great gifts for any occasion. They cost £25 plus p&p....you can find the listing in my store & you are welcome to message me with any queries before ordering.

By the way, her quilt is a Small size which measures 25" x 30" which is a great size for smaller dog breeds & useful for all sorts of locations such as in their bed or crate, travelling & to help them settle into new situations.

When I make a quilt I can personalise it with a name & also appliqué different shapes on such as pale prints, hearts & bones. In fact if you have any requests I will do my best to source a design....i've had some unusual asks such as welly boots & carrots!

Also each quilt (or qwilty as they are known) has its own number & I happily let you know your QwiltyClub number, I love to see my customers on their quilts so feel free to send me photos.

The next commission I completed yesterday was for two pairs of oven mitts....I charge £14 per glove or a pair of them for £25 plus p&p. These, like the cushions make fab gifts & I can make them up in any colours or fabric themes. They are fully lined & have heat resistant wadding inside plus a handy hanging loop......keep an eye out for one off individual oven mitts being listed regularly in my shop. Which pair do you like best?

Id love to hear what you think if these or any ideas you have for items you would like to see in my shop so feel free to comment below.
